Old Lyme Board of Selectmen
Regular Meeting Monday, January 26, 2009
The Board of Selectmen held a special meeting at 6:38 P.M. on Monday, January 26, 2009 in the Meeting Hall at the Old Lyme Memorial Town Hall. First Selectman Timothy Griswold, Selectman Skip Sibley and Selectwoman Bonnie Reemsnyder were present.
1. Appointment of Members of the Sound View Beach Board Formation Committee
After discussion, Selectman Sibley moved and Selectwoman Reemsnyder seconded the motion to appointment of the following individuals to the Sound View Beach Board Formation Committee:

David Griswold
Frank Pappalardo
Michaelle Pearson
Harry Plaut
Alternates
Russ Carlo
Michele Zito
SO VOTED.
2. Adjournment
Selectman Sibley moved and Selectwoman Reemsnyder seconded, to adjourn the meeting at 7:06 P.M.
